There are many organisations that do a lot of great work. We feel that it is important for us to partner with and support existing initiatives in our community and beyond..

aiming to fulfil our commitment to the vision of “the whole church taking the whole gospel to the whole world”.

Bangor City Churches Together
Downtown church leaders meet weekly for prayer, united in the belief that we can best serve Bangor from a place of warm collaboration. Currently, five churches participate and share in hosting interdenominational Holy Week gatherings.

Scripture Union Schools Project
Trinity supports SUNI’s Schools Project in North Down & Ards through financial contributions, prayer and volunteer involvement.

Street Pastors
A number of Trinity members serve on the Bangor Street Pastor team.

StoreHouse North Down
Members of Trinity contribute though monthly donations of food items.

Kiltonga Christian Centre
Several Trinity members are involved through volunteering.

North Down Community Network
We have close relational connections with NDCN community network and have enjoyed hosting their last few Christmas concerts and lunches.

Presbyterian Church in Ireland
Serving people at home and abroad is central to PCI. Trinity connects through prayer and financial support and we are in the process of establishing more direct links with a number of specific PCI missionaries serving abroad.

Wycliffe Bible Translators
Since 1993, we have supported a couple from Trinity working on Bible translation for a minority language in Asia. More recently we have been a sending church for a Wycliffe linguist (now part of a couple) in the Philippines, working on an Old Testament translation project.

Catalyst
Ceri, who grew up in Trinity, began work with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) at 16 and became a full-time staff member in New Zealand in 2011. Ben joined YWAM in 2013 after Bible college. After marrying in December 2015, they worked with YWAM in Tauranga before moving to Auckland in February 2019 to set up Catalyst - and Trinity remains involved through prayer and financial support.

Harvest for the Hungry
We support TEN’s Harvest for the Hungry initiative annually through donations in the Autumn.

Christian Aid
At Trinity, we support Christian Aid with an annual donation during May.

Open Doors
In spring 2017, one of our members cycled from Bangor to Turkey to raise awareness and funds for the suffering church. Open Doors is supported by our church through prayer and financial involvement.
