Junior Sunday School

The Junior Sunday School meets in the Choir Room each Sunday morning during the Winter and Spring session.

This is for those in Pre-School – P4 ages. The leaders are all experienced in teaching Sunday School classes.

Singing, especially modern songs and hymns, are always popular and the Christian faith is taught in a manner to suit this age group.

Following the opening in the Choir room, the members move to the larger Trinity Hall for their lessons and on occasions crafts and drawings etc which provides stimulation and encourages creativity.

On occasions the Junior Sunday School attends the morning services to sing for the congregation. This also introduces children to church worship in an all age environment.

Senior Sunday School

The Senior Sunday School meets in the Carson Hall each Sunday morning during the Winter and Spring session at 10.15 a.m

This is for those in P5 – Year 9. The leaders are all experienced in teaching Sunday School classes at a more advanced level than the Junior School.

Singing, bible reading, quizzes and, on occasions, visits from missionaries and other interesting people take place.

Following the opening, the members go into their classes for instruction and teaching. We believe strongly in bible study and at this age, we encourage the children to participate in discussion on matters arising from the story of the day. We work in a very contemporary style of teaching and many changes have taken place over the last few years.
