Boys' Brigade

The Boys' Brigade cares for and challenges young people for life. Our activities include Bible Stories / Classes, Games, Sports, Outdoor Pursuits, Drama, Music and Inter-Company competitions and events, all of which are designed to meet the specific needs of each age-group in the company. The Official Boys' Brigade website provides that:

"We recognise that the influences surrounding our young people are not always helpful and that too many lose control at great cost to themselves, their families and the community. The answer is to catch the energy and enthusiasm of youth and to channel it purposefully."

The Company is split into three sections:

• Anchor Boys: Ages 4-8
• Junior Section: Ages 8-11
• Company Section: Ages 12-18+
